Yes. Sign up to our newsletter and we'll email you a code for 15% off your first order. It can be used once and needs to be added at checkout, as we can't apply it after an order has been placed.

Yes, we offer all of our products individually as well as in customisable 'Build Their Own' Gift boxes. You can choose whether your order is packaged as a gift and shipped directly to your recipient, or sent as individual items to yourself.

Yes. You need to be 18 or over to buy alcohol from us, and the recipient must be 18 or over too. We run an automatic age check at checkout, and Royal Mail may ask for ID on delivery. See our terms and conditions for full details.

Our ready-made gifts come in three sizes. Mini and Letterbox gifts are Royal Mail large letter size, so they fit through a standard letterbox. Parcel gift boxes are a little bigger and are delivered by hand.

Royal Mail will usually leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place, or leave a card so they can rearrange delivery or collect it. If you know they'll be out, sending it to their workplace can be a good option.

It's very rare, but if we ever need to swap something in your box, we'll always get in touch with you first.

Choose from over 700 little gifts, pick one of our notecards, and write your message. We'll handwrite it, pack everything beautifully and send it straight to them. There's no box size to choose, and you only pay for what you add.

Yes. You can buy our little gifts on their own, or add ready-made boxes and individual products to the same basket. Individual products are packed carefully but don't come in our branded gift boxes, so if you're sending a present, building your own box is the nicest way to do it.

Yes, and we'll handwrite it for you. Messages are handwritten on our ready-made and Build Your Own gifts, in any language, and we take care to copy your words exactly. If you're ordering individual products, add one of our postcards and we'll handwrite your message on that.

Yes. Just add their address at checkout and we'll send it directly to them with your message inside.

Never. None of our gifts include prices or an invoice, so it arrives with no mention of cost.

All our ready-made gift boxes come with free express delivery. Build Your Own boxes and individual products are free to deliver on orders over £20.

Orders placed by 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. We send everything with Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives the next working day, though it can occasionally take up to 2 days. We don't dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays, so we recommend ordering in good time for special dates.

Yes. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a confirmation with your tracking number.

Not at the moment. We only deliver to UK addresses, though you can order from anywhere in the world.

Unopened gift boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us at hello@cutelittlegifts.co.uk to arrange a return. Refunds are always made to the person who placed the order, so if you received a gift, the refund will go back to the sender.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of food or other perishable items.
