What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you need to return an item, we’re here to help! You have 28 days from the date of delivery to send your items back to us.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@cutelittlegifts.co.uk detailing what you would like to return, along with your order number.
Please note we are unable to accept the return of any perishable item, such as food and drink. If your order was purchased as a ready-to-ship box, the inclusion of these items makes these boxes non-refundable.
If you purchased a build-your-own box, you may return any non-perishable items for a refund within the timeframe above.
Please ensure the items are returned in their original condition, including all packaging and protective materials, and have not been used or altered. We kindly ask that you take care of the items while in your possession to ensure they arrive back with us in perfect condition.
To make the return process smoother:
- We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 to send your items safely.
- Returns should be sent to our designated returns address (provided at checkout or on your confirmation email). Please avoid returning items to collection points, as we won’t be able to retrieve them or issue refunds.
- The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Please note that items lost in the post are not our responsibility, so we strongly suggest choosing a reliable, trackable shipping method.
If a gift is returned, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser via the original payment method.

We’re so sorry if an item in your order has arrived damaged or faulty—we want to make it right for you as quickly as possible.

We kindly ask that you don’t dispose of any faulty items, as we may need them returned to arrange a refund or replacement. Items should be returned in the condition they were received.
