When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Orders placed by 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day, with delivery times calculated from the time of dispatch.
Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking or reference number. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
Please note; we do not dispatch orders on bank holiday.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery option is Tracked 24, which typically delivers within 1 day of dispatch. Occasionally, this service may take up to 2 days. While we aim for prompt delivery, these times are estimates and depend on Royal Mail’s service. We recommend ordering in plenty of time to avoid any disappointment.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
We’re pleased to offer free express delivery on all ready-made and build-your-own gift boxes.
What should I do if my delivery hasn't arrived?
You can track your order using the link in your confirmation or dispatch emails. Before reaching out to us, please check the tracking information on the Royal Mail website. Orders may be left in a safe space, with a neighbor, or returned to your local delivery office if no one was available to receive them.
If your order has been dispatched but hasn’t moved through the Royal Mail system for a few days, please let us know so we can assist. While delivery delays are outside our control, we’ll always do our best to help.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement to be sent.
