Will it fit through the letterbox?

Our Mini and Letterbox gifts are Royal Mail large letter size, so they fit through a standard letterbox and no one needs to be in. Parcel gift boxes are bigger, so they're delivered by hand.

Is delivery free, and when will it arrive?

Yes. Every ready-made gift box comes with free express delivery. Orders placed by 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day with Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives the next working day.

Can I add a handwritten message?

Yes. Add your message at checkout and we'll write it out by hand and tuck it inside. We can write in any language and copy your words exactly.

Will there be a price in the box?
