When to order
Orders placed by 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day, and ready-made gift boxes usually arrive the next day. Christmas is Royal Mail's busiest time of year, so we'd always suggest ordering early. We'll share our last order dates for Christmas delivery as soon as Royal Mail confirms its final posting dates.

Can I send a Christmas gift directly to someone else's address?
Yes. Add their address at checkout and we'll post it straight to them with your message handwritten inside.
Will they know how much it cost?
No. We never put a price, receipt or invoice in the box.
Do they need to be in to receive it?
Not for Mini and Letterbox gifts, which fit through a standard letterbox. Parcel gift boxes are bigger, so they're delivered by hand.
