Good to know
Will it fit through their letterbox?
Our Parcel gift boxes are a bit more generous in size, so they're delivered by hand rather than through the letterbox.
What if they're not in?
Royal Mail will usually leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place, or leave a card so they can rearrange delivery or collect it. If you know they'll be out, sending it to their workplace can be a good option.
Can I send it to their workplace?
Yes. Just add their work address at checkout and include the company name so it reaches the right desk.
Is delivery free, and when will it arrive?
All our ready-made gifts come with free express delivery. Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day with Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives the next day.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, and we'll handwrite it for you. Add their address and your message at checkout, and we'll write it out by hand and tuck it inside. We can write in any language and take care to copy your message exactly as you've written it.
Will there be a price or invoice in the box?
Never. Your gift arrives beautifully packed with no mention of cost.
What if an item is out of stock?
It's very rare, but if we ever need to swap something in your box, we'll always get in touch with you first.
