Will it fit through their letterbox?
Yes. Our Mini and Letterbox gifts are Royal Mail large letter size, so they slip through a standard letterbox. That makes them a lovely surprise to come home to.
Do they need to be in to receive it?
No, it'll be waiting for them on the doormat. If their letterbox is particularly narrow, Royal Mail will either leave it somewhere safe or leave a card so they can collect it.
Is delivery free, and when will it arrive?
All our ready-made gifts come with free express delivery. Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day with Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives the next day.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, and we'll handwrite it for you. Add their address and your message at checkout, and we'll write it out by hand and tuck it inside. We can write in any language and take care to copy your message exactly as you've written it.
Will there be a price or invoice in the box?
Never. Your gift arrives beautifully packed with no mention of cost.
What if an item is out of stock?
It's very rare, but if we ever need to swap something in your box, we'll always get in touch with you first.
