How will my order be packaged?
Individual gifts are packed carefully so they arrive in lovely condition, but they don't come in our branded gift boxes. If you're sending this as a present, try our Build Your Own Gift Box. Choose this and any other little treats, pick a notecard, and we'll handwrite your message and send it all beautifully packed.
Can I include a gift message?
Add one of our postcards to your order and we'll handwrite your message on it, in any language. For a fully presented gift with a notecard tucked inside, building your own box is the nicest way to send it.
Can I order more than one?
Of course. Individual gifts are handy for stocking up on favourites, filling party bags, treating a team or keeping a few aside for later.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders over £20. Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Can I send it straight to someone?
Yes, just add their address at checkout. We never include prices or an invoice. If it's a gift, though, a Build Your Own box will make a much better first impression when they open it.
